Sticks, stones, water and walks. Fresh air, bird calls and scribbly bark trees. How beautiful our day was.
We finally found our way to Karawatha Forrest . It's been on our explore list for some time, and after visiting today I'm not sure why we didn't go sooner, but I know we will be back many times in the future.
I believe in children having time in nature, to explore, play, experiment, open their minds, test their limits, and appreciate natural beauty. I hope that such adventures will sow the seeds for an affinity with mother nature and a caring sense of responsibility about the environment.
This looks like an amazing place for a play. x
